Demolition Services

All Ron Hull Demolition contracts are undertaken in accordance with the relevant Health & Safety Acts and their supplementary regulations.

The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM) are the main foundation for setting out our Project Management Standards. Our working practices are derived from guidance following the British Standard Code of Practice for Demolition – BS 6187: 2000.

Having successfully executed many demolition projects within highly challenging environments from Industrial to Commercial, Urban and Petro-Chemical, using the latest techniques:

  • Controlled Explosive Demolition
  • Mechanical Takedowns
  • Manual Takedowns
  • High Reach Demolition

...thus resulting in the successful demolition of numerous buildings in an efficient, controlled manner, with little or no disruption to the surrounding environment, neighbouring structures and the general public.

Prior to ANY demolition work commencing, comprehensive risk assessments and meticulous surveying are undertaken to enhance the Project Team’s understanding of the building’s structure and facilitate a calculated and engineered approach. This approach ensures that the projects are completed accurately with regard to timescales, Client requirements, budget, and most importantly – safely!

Examples of Ron Hull Demolition’s past projects can be found under the Projects, Testimonials and Photo/Video Gallery menus, with more recent or current projects further detailed in our Latest News section.
